Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, simply email us at hello@trickycheekyclub.com with your order number and the email used to make the purchase. Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date, and you'll need to cover the postage costs (we recommend using a tracked service to ensure nothing gets lost in transit).

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must be:

• Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember, your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
